I sent a note in yesterday after receiving my tiles.
I received only four of the six tiles that were ordered and paid for...
Of the four tiles received one was damaged.
So there were two problems. Firstly, I am short 2 tiles. Secondly I have received a broken tile of the four that were sent.
I hope that you will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

The tile is very good. Exactly what I needed. The only problem is one was broken even though the were packed very good.
They came broken and cannot be used
Product good. Service poor. Sent serial # for heater. Wrong parts sent. Really frustrating talking to service centre. Several phone calls before I got it all straightened out.
It was packed very safe no chance of damage we'll done
